With all drills that you do, you are supposed to repeat them until your able to do it without messing up. After that you do it faster until your going as fast as you can. When your able to do it full speed then the drill just becomes a warm-up and should only be done a few times before you start a match or a long practice. You should replace the drills with more advanced drills when it becomes easy for you.
