Dear Lv Striker, sorry, I didn`t want to judge, please don`t get me wrong. I just meant that easy looking exercises can turn out to be complicated and exhaussting. While doig this exercise, you have to use both your feet. Which is already quite a challenge for a lot of footballplayers.
